El Creativo Rebelde
Me tomé el atrevimiento de adaptar un texto de Osho ya que me pareció válido para la “vida corporativa”, sobre todo para las áreas creativas, pensalo como si hablase de tus colaboradores…
Nadie permite a sus hijos (colaboradores, empleados, pares) bailar, cantar, gritar y saltar. Por razones triviales quizá pueden romper algo, quizá se les moje la ropa con la lluvia si corren en el exterior, por pequeñas cosas se destruye por completo una gran cualidad espiritual: la alegría.
El niño (colaborador, empleado, par) obediente es elogiado por sus padres (jefes, superiores), por sus profesores, por todo el mundo, y el niño juguetón es censurado. Sus ganas de jugar podrían ser totalmente inofensivas, pero es censurado porque existe un peligro potencial de rebelión. Si el niño continúa creciendo con total libertad para ser juguetón, acabará siendo un rebelde. No será fácilmente esclavizado; no le podrán reclutar fácilmente en un ejército para destruir gente, o para que le destruyan.
El niño rebelde se convertirá en un joven rebelde. Entonces no podrás obligarle a que se case; no podrás obligarle a aceptar un determinado empleo; no se le podrá obligar a satisfacer los deseos incompletos y los anhelos de sus padres. La juventud rebelde seguirá su propio camino. Vivirá su propia vida de acuerdo con sus deseos más íntimos, no de acuerdo con los ideales de otra persona.
Por todas estas razones, se sofoca su capacidad de jugar, se la aplasta desde el principio. Nunca se le da una oportunidad a tu naturaleza. Poco a poco empiezas a cargar con un niño muerto en tu interior. Este niño muerto en tu interior destruye tu sentido del humor: no puedes reírte totalmente, con todo tu corazón, no puedes jugar, no puedes disfrutar de las cosas pequeñas de la vida. Te vuelves tan serio que tu vida, en vez de expandirse, comienza a encogerse.
La vida debe ser, en cada momento, una creatividad preciosa. No importa lo que crees, podrían ser sólo castillos en la arena, pero todo lo que haces debería salir de tu capacidad de jugar y de tu alegría.
