Caso 1: El empleado agredido
El empleado agredido es un caso real que sucedió éste año en una empresa en Córdoba, Argentina. Por cuestiones lógicas no se nombrarán al Remitente ni a la Empresa y se darán nombres genéricos a los empleados.
Descripción del Caso:
Un empleado (Juan) se presenta a la gerencia y pide hablar con Usted. Le comenta que, en los pasillos de la empresa, otro empleado (José) intentó matarlo con un cuchillo. Juan describe con detalle lo sucedido y dice que José, luego de aparecer con guantes de latex y un cuchillo, intenta matarlo pero que finalmente no pasó a mayores.
Cuando se entrevista a José, él afirma que hubo una discusión y que se empujaron solamente, que no fue nada grave y que por supuesto no intentó matar a Juan.
Juan tiene 3 años de antigüedad y es una excelente empleado, cubre además un puesto operativo muy importante para la empresa.
José tiene 6 años de antigüedad y jamás tuvo problemas con un compañero o con la empresa.
