Hipercompetencia
Un mercado exigente y cambiante, como peces hambrientos en un balde con agua, deciden y devoran; PIENSAN. Las empresas compiten cual esperma nada hacia el óvulo, en una carrera de vida o muerte, donde llegar primero lo es todo.
Miles de consumidores y miles de propuestas se confunden en vidrieras repetitivas, donde las ventajas de una propuesta a otra se copian y se generan copias de copias de copias de copias de copias… algunas mejoradas y otras infectadas por la bacteria de la moda, también llamada tendencia.
Así, son pocas las empresas que se destacan, que generan ventajas competitivas reales, difíciles de copiar, temporales y exactas.
La ventaja se hace adelantándose un paso del que se adelanta un paso del que se adelanta un paso…#hipercompetencia
Las ventajas son monedas con doble cara, ya que debe evidenciar una ventaja para el mercado y a la vez debe traducirse como una ventaja para la empresa.
Se trata de pensar y repensar, de cuestionarse… idear, crear… adelantarse dos o tres jugadas, arriesgar.
Finalmente, las empresas deben seducir al mercado, enamorarlo y finalmente cumplir las promesas, cual galán hace con su dama.
