Simple es Mejor
Hace algunos años la complejidad parecia ser una gran ventaja competitiva. De alguna manera lo complejo expresaba tecnología, avance; el mero hecho de hacer algo que los demás no entiendan posicionaba a la empresa en una categoría vanguardista, independientemente que aquello “sin entendimiento” funcione o no.
Por ejemplo, una computadora, mientras mas botones, pantallas, entradas, salidas, enchufes y palancas tenia… Era percibida como MEJOR. Hoy escribo desde una tablet que, casualmente, no tiene botones, ni entradas, ni salidas…
Éste proceso de simplificación tiene mucho que ver con los cambios socioculturales en el mundo donde las personas tendemos (de TENDENCIA) a simplificar… Palabras como facil, rapido, standard pasan a reemplazar otras como complejo, completo, especial…
Simple es Mejor. Reducir procesos, procedimientos, estructuras…palabras, posts 
Recuerde que el valor de su trabajo lo expresa su cliente más alla de lo que Usted considere o no importante para él. Los consumidores estamos SIMPLIFICANDO, escuchemos a nuestros clientes y no solo bajaremos costos sino que tendremos menos problemas.
Recuerde que administrar recursos no es lo mismo que administrar resultados
Administrar recursos es montar un caballo salvaje en un rodeo, administrar resultados es cabalgar hacia la gloria.
