Éxito Sustentable
El concepto de éxito sustentable está ligado a la relación entre el resultado de las tareas que realizan las personas, al tiempo que demoran y al desgaste que el logro de éstos resultados provoca en la persona.
Hagamos un ejercicio, pensemos por un momento que las personas son un auto, un vehículo.
- Usted llevaría su vehículo a la velocidad máxima de forma continua?
- Usted aceleraría violentamente a su vehículo sin pensar en los daños al motor?
- Usted conduciría a su vehículo durante horas o días sin descansar el motor cada tanto?
- Usted conduciría por el camino mas corto aunque éste fuese peligroso para su auto?
Así, a veces, nos auto-exigimos (o aún peor, exigimos a nuestros colaboradores), a cumplir con resultados o tareas de forma desorganizada o tempestiva, lo que obliga a la persona a “forzar” su motor y, probablemente, desgastará con el tiempo su capacidad para seguir obteniendo logros.
Debemos cuidar los motores, exigir SALUDABLEMENTE sin romper el auto, si es que queremos seguir viajando lejos.
No solo se trata de exigir y de trabajar, sino de organizarse y optimizar el tiempo y las tareas y que la relación entre el esfuerzo y los resultados, sea siempre positivo.
A raíz de ésto la importancia de concentrarse siempre no solo en HACER LAS COSAS CORRECTAMENTE, sino además en HACER LAS COSAS CORRECTAS.
El tiempo es limitado las personas nos desgastamos, debemos invertir nuestro esfuerzo de la manera mas conveniente para la empresa.
Algunos tips para que el éxito sea sustentable:
- NUNCA pierda de foco el objetivo
- SIEMPRE sepa cuál es su responsabilidad
- SI FUERZA EL MOTOR, descánselo!
- MIDA su desgaste! y RECUPÉRESE!
- NO SE TRATA DE TRABAJAR, se trata de obtener resultados convenientes
- NUNCA olvide que Usted debe ser EXITOSO SIEMPRE!
